A 1920s theme, spaced out limited seating, stage, DJ. Excerpts from the book read, special presentations of the anthology, there is a piece that will be created that will be presented to Greenwood Culture Center.

Presentations to various organizations. Greenwood’s the body; Black Wall Street’s the Soul…Dwell not on past losses; winning’s the goal! RELEASE ME, the Spirits of Greenwood Speak, the anthology is the culmination of the synergy between contributions from an eclectic array of poets (including Poet Laureate of the United States, Joy Harjo), brilliant artists, masterful writers, skillful photographers, sagacious historians, and some talented citizens of Tulsa, OK. The anthology is a transliteration of the voices of the spirits of Greenwood that focuses on the principles that built (and rebuilt) a thriving community.
